This trailer is a gem. I've added lots of upgrades. I'm in the middle of remodel so the price reflects its condition. It'll take a bit more work to be usable. I got it painted and cleaned. It's ready for flooring. There are many extras but with limited ad space I can't list them all. I can deliver it for a small fee if you want it for a mother in law home and don't have Truck.
