gen 2 earbuds

Got as a gift. Can't use them. They don't fit it my ear and their uncomfortable for my ear. They fall out and cause my ear to hurt after an hour or so. Sound is amazing. opened for pics and took wrapper off around the airpods. they make a ding when you open them. IDK if that's normal? usb-c. with charger
