AirPods cleaning needed

These AirPods need cleaning, very little ear wax visible, however, there is a bunch of dirt around it. You can hear them, but its very low on one ear pod. And when someone calls you, you cannot talk to them on the AirPods. It does not work so theyre just good for listening to videos or music.
