This is a Murano Glass bowl that can be used as a centerpiece or a decorative piece. Murano glass is hand crafted by artist on the island of Murano, Italy using glassblowing techniques that date back to the 13th Century. The glass is often characterized by it's bold colors and unique techniques like Millefiori, Somerset, and Filigrana. The piece in this image has gold flakes, which is a technique known as Aventurine. Approx. 7.5" long, 6" wide, and 3.25" tall. Excellent Condition.
